Liked Friendly staff, decor, cleanliness, aesthetically pleasing hotel The pool, sauna and steam room really lovely, well maintained and kept. Disliked The mattresses, in an executive queen room, neither bed mattress was comfortable at all. A roll to centre issue with both in room. Unfortunately a poor night's sleep due to the type of mattress and the roll factor too. Simply uncomfortable Personal preference for firmer pillows, the pillows too soft for me. Breakfast was nice Sausages and the bacon lovely, and thankfully eggs cooked to order on request , I had poached eggs these were lovely thankyou. Unfortunately the fried eggs out on hot plate overcooked, my preference for a soft fried egg no frazzled edge etc . A little disappointed with hash browns , soggy texture , this may be due to not being fully drained or how they were stacked on hot plate, side by side causing condensation/ moisture Again person taste the black pudding I found too coarse. My husband thoroughly enjoyed though 😍 My husband tried the fresh pa cake maker, a little fiddly but good once managed some residue from orevious panckw made stuck to roller i think He tried a couple of the pastries but found them slightly under baked, a raw dough texture and taste on the base. I would guess these possibly supplied could have benefitted from a little longer baked. I was sad to see no grapefruit juice out as I prefer a sharper juice, the orange etc too sweet again my personal taste. Over all though, a lovely hotel Great location for P&,J Spa area a delight stunning and well maintained as mentioned Staff lovely and welcoming Ambiance & decor couldn't fault Cleanliness fabulous 👌 Unfortunately the mattress and poor sleep dampened our mostly fab experience.

Hotel was fabulous. We were on floor 4 and the room having 2 queen beds was ideal for 2 friends having a girlie night away. Beds had nice firm mattresses which I like; however pillows were far too soft. It had a fridge, safe, iron and ironing board as well as coffee and tea making facilities. We also had access to the executive lounge which we did use but only for tea and coffee but it was nice to relax in a comfy and quiet space. Location was excellent as we were attending the Ball & Boe concert at the P&J Live next door. We also had breakfast included in the price and it was very busy when we went down around 8.45am as we had to queue for around 30 mins. Despite being busy there was ample food. However fried eggs were a bit overdone. Also queues for tea and coffee. As I booked the room last minute price was higher than I would normally pay but because there were 2 of us we split the bill between the 2 of us and we agreed it was worth the money. Staff are a credit to the hotel always being friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Cannot comment on parking as we did not use car parks as got dropped off and picked up from hotel by a family member.

Everything! It's a stunning and intelligently decorated Hotel with an instantly calming effect, I swear even the air flow in there was tranquil. The lighting is perfect, especially in the pool area . I felt like I was staying in a brand new Hotel, it's very well kept and spotlessly clean, I found all the staff eager to help and happy to do so, literally thinking of excuses to go back already or figuring out how to move in permanently.

The spa was amazing, the pool is huge and expertly lit, so its flattering and calming. The room service was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us. Not only did he read the whole menu, he found the gluten-free options and made sure there was no cross contamination. Then he personally delivered it. In my opinion he was the most welcoming person on the staffing team.

Barrett

The suite was huge. It had a comfortable bed and massive bathroom. The lounge had a great view and comfortable furniture. The reception was welcoming and the staff were attentive. The spa was beautiful, peaceful and clean. We could have stayed longer if our trip had allowed.
